Obituary of Judith Whalen Adams

Judith Whalen Adams, 67, wife of Jeff Adams, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2023. She was born in Woodford County, Kentucky to the late Margaret and Carl Whalen, Sr. on May 5, 1955. Mrs. Adams both farmed with her husband and was the Director of the Childcare Lab at Scott County High School for 25 years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Julye Adams (Willie Wilson) and Jeffrey Adams (Loretta Stepp), both of Versailles; her sister, Brenda Harris, Versailles; and her brother, Carl Whalen, Jr. (Brenda), Versailles, and multiple nieces and nephews.

A life-long resident of Nonesuch, she loved raising cattle, having a huge garden, and taking pictures of the farm. She enjoyed traveling with her family and friends, especially to the beaches of the Outer Banks. Her cooking, advice, and laughter will be greatly missed.

Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bluegrass Care Hospice
