Obituary of Norma Jean Hays

Norma Jean Covey Hays, 82, ex-wife of the late Jackie Lee Hays passed away on Friday, February 10, 2023. She was the 11th of 12 children born to the late Adam Tyree and Bessie (nee Fletcher) Covey in Irvine, Kentucky on May 30, 1940. She is survived by her only child, a daughter Tamee Fechhelm of Springfield, VA, her spouse Andrew, two grandchildren Carl and Grace and numerous nephews and nieces. She was a retired secretary for the state of Kentucky.

Services will be held at 2 pm, Saturday, June 10, 2023 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1834 Louisville Road, Frankfort, KY 40601
