Obituary of Betty Frances Jones McGraw

Betty Frances Jones McGraw, 85, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2022. She was born in Stamping Ground on March 20, 1937 to the late Hayde and Clara Frances Sutton Jones. Betty was an Archaeologist with the State of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and a member of the D.A.R. Big Spring Chapter.

She is survived by her daughters, Frances Straughn McGraw, Georgetown, Andrea (Robert) Flinchum, Lexington, and Paige Aletheia (Paul David) Joyner, Georgetown; and her grandchildren, Heather Lynn Flinchum, Versailles, and Dr. Jennifer Ann Flinchum, Lexington.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Hayde Jones Jr.

Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 5:00pm until 7:00pm on Friday, November 18, 2022 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ASPCA or to your local animal shelter.
