Obituary of Ronald Lee Snipp

Ronald Lee Snipp, 73, passed away on Friday, September 2, 2022 at his home with his family in North Carolina. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Frank and Mary Jean Snipp on November 15, 1948. Mr. Snipp was a salesperson for Wilson Equipment, a former Marine, and a member of St. Leo Catholic Church. He is survived by his sons, Brian (Brittany) Snipp and Jason Snipp; brother, Frank Snipp; grandchildren, Alex Snipp, Hayden and Kirsten Snipp, Savannah, Bridgett and Danielle Denny. Ron loved spending time with his grandchildren, spending time at the lake fishing and boating, golfing, photography, and his beloved UK Wildcats.  

Funeral Service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Clark Legacy Center, Frankfort. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday, September 9, 2022 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral Home.  In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations to be made to The ALS Association to further research this horrible disease.
