Obituary of Olson "Odie" Stivers

Olson “Odie” Stivers, 66, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2022. He was born in Versailles, Kentucky to the late Lewis Pitt and Mary Lynn Todd Stivers on February 28, 1956. Mr. Stivers was an electrician and a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corp. He was an active VA representative, a member of American Legion Post #8, Marine Corp League and a member of 40 &8. He will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Ashley Stivers, Richmond; his son, Nathan Stivers, Wellington; his sisters, Patsy (Jim) Struble, IN, and Linda (Mark) Bunch, Versailles; brothers, Norman Stivers, Versailles, Donald (Nancy) Stivers, Louisville and Johnny Stivers, Versailles; and one granddaughter on the way. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Phyllis Stivers and his brother, Keith Stivers. Visitation will be Friday, July 22, 2022 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Clark Funeral Home, Rose Hill. Graveside Service will follow at Camp Nelson National Cemetery at 12:30PM.
