I am saddened by the loss of Doris. I also feel joy in having known her as a dear friend with whom we shared many happy times, along with days of sorrow, as it is with life. In 1945 my family (Bill and Fannie Reed) moved to a farm adjoined by the Roy Lancaster family farm. Thus, this was the beginnning of a lifetime of close cherished friendships that began between two families. These friendships have meant so much to me throughout my life. Doris was special. There are so many precious memories.
With my heartfelt sympathy to Ed, Sandy, Lana, Ann and Jerry.

Dear Ed, Sandy and Lana,
Losing Tootie is so sad, she was such a unique person - always interesting. She even went with us to a Garth Brooks & Tricia Yearwood concert, where a good time was had by all!
I’m so sorry for your loss.
Love, Robin

I am so sorry about the loss of Doris. I always thought she was so pretty and my Mother thought so much of her. Of course, I had lots of fun growing up with Sandy and would love to see her again.
Love and prayers to all of you for comfort during this time.
